Orders

Every order is prepared fresh.

All products are baked after your order is confirmed. Because each order is freshly prepared and personalized, production begins shortly after confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of unavailable ingredients, incorrect information, or unforeseen circumstances.

Products & Availability

Freshly made, naturally unique.

Every cake, cookie bar, and brownie cookie is handcrafted. Small variations in decoration, colour, or finish are a natural result of handmade baking and should not be considered defects. Seasonal flavours and certain fillings may only be available during specific periods.

Personalised Messages

Your words, your responsibility.

Customers are responsible for the content of personalised messages submitted during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse messages containing offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Because every order is baked fresh, changes or cancellations may only be accepted before production begins. Once baking has started, cancellations, refunds, or major modifications may no longer be possible.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate. The Secret Oven is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Storage & Freshness

Best enjoyed fresh.

Our products contain no added preservatives and are intended to be enjoyed within the recommended freshness period. Storage instructions provided with your order should be followed for the best taste and quality.

Product photographs are intended as a guide. Because every dessert is individually handcrafted, slight differences in appearance are completely normal.

Refunds & Replacements

We want every order to arrive in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs so our team can review the issue. Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
